• “Growth Plan” Service: Comprehensive done-for-you digital marketing management. Service scope and deliverables are outlined in a separate service agreement.
• Online Directories (moretonbayhighlights.com.au): A platform for businesses to list their details and for users to find local businesses.
• Partner Program: An affiliate/referral program for promoting our course and services. Specific terms for partners are outlined in a separate Partner Agreement.

3. User Obligations & Conduct

• Lawful Use: You agree to use our website(s) and services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the website.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, purchasing products/services, or submitting listings to our directory.

• No Endorsement: Listings in the directory do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation by us. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of businesses listed. Users should exercise their own judgment and discretion.
• Disputes: We are not responsible for disputes between businesses listed in the directory or between users and businesses.
